MC07 Apartments turns an existing red brick warehouse in Orange into two apartments above a ground floor retail space, working within the warehouse's distinctive brick walls. The apartments are carefully sited to take advantage of views, aspect and the existing building fabric, and custom black steel blades along both street frontages provide privacy and sun protection.

The project represents a typology that is just starting to be explored in Orange: high end multi residential living. It is approved and awaiting construction.

Earlier in his career, before founding Source Architects, David worked on a number of apartment developments for Lendlease and Mirvac, and was project architect on significant master planning projects for school and university clients. Sally's earlier career includes Jacksons Landing Apartments in Sydney, along with galleries, libraries and school buildings.
